I received stock options from my employer when they hired me in 1999. I had absolutely no clue what they were. Being the curious guy I am, I picked up a book and started reading. Over a decade later I am still hooked and read several stock or investment related books per year plus I have created a respectible investment portfolio of my own. Most of my website is, and will continue to be, dedicated to my outdoor passions. However, I have added this section to provide some information regarding investing. I am not licensed in any way, shape, or form. I do not receive any incentives or compensation for this information. It is here strictly for information pusrposes to help others and should not be regarded as a solicitation or representation that I know what I am doing. As such, I will never post "hot stock" tips here or any other materials specific to any company. My focus is to provide information on value investing. It is up to you if you want to spend the time to understand and apply it. My experience has been that it works, and it works well. Althought I won't get into information specific to any particular company, I am more than happy to discuss the ideas and concepts behind value investing, just shoot me an email:
